- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have just transferred to this practise. The first receptionist I approached was a little rude (she spent a good minute composing a text message before lifting her head to knowledge me) but the other lady was great and very helpful. The Dr I saw was brilliant (Dr Frost), I can honestly say that he is one of the nicest Dr's I have ever spoken to, the nurse I saw was also lovely. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doctors are great however the receptionist, or at least most of them are extremely blunt, rude and make you feel like an idiot everytime you rin them. Absolutely no need for it at all. They then have the audacity to put a sign up saying "being rude to the receptionist will not be tolerated" it's a shame because they doctors are great.by Rhys5 PetrieJuly 14, 2017
